A landowner practice website that turns enquiries into matters
A Louisiana right-of-way and expropriation practice needed a site that explains a complex service and captures the details a consultation actually needs.

A service that has to be explained before it can be sold
When a utility, pipeline operator or governmental body seeks rights across someone's land, the landowner rarely knows what is being acquired. The site had to carry that explanation before asking for a call.
So the structure follows the client's own reasoning: what a servitude affects, what should be reviewed in an offer, and what the firm handles.
Intake as the primary conversion
The consultation form asks for the company involved, the property parish and what the landowner received, so the first call starts with facts instead of discovery.
- Consultation request form with matter-specific fields
- Requests routed into the CRM with source and campaign attribution
- Clear disclaimer language so a form fill does not imply representation
- Phone-first fallback for landowners who would rather call
Outcome
Design, build and CRM wiring delivered together. Enquiries now arrive qualified, with the matter details attached.
