Three roles, two platforms, one embedded team
Conexiant hired us as a Salesforce developer and architect, then extended into Salesforce administration and NetSuite development. The engagement has run for over a year across three concurrent contracts.

Starting with architecture
The first contract was development and architecture: administrative work plus custom build inside Salesforce, at expert level and on a full-time cadence.
More than a year later, that role is still open.
Adding day-to-day administration
A second, lighter contract covered Salesforce administration and support for deal flow and opportunity management, which freed the senior work from routine requests.
It ran in parallel with the architecture contract.
Extending into NetSuite
The third contract moved into NetSuite: administrative development and support, refining automations, template development, and quote-to-cash and invoice automation.
That put the same team on both sides of the finance and CRM boundary. That is where quote-to-cash usually breaks, and having one team across both removes the handoff.
Outcome
Three concurrent contracts, all rated 5.0, across four hires from the same client.
