A two-way Salesforce integration with CI from GitHub

Two systems that had to agree
The brief was a seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and another CRM using APIs and Apex classes, designed and implemented end to end alongside their director of technology.
The functional goal was basic CRUD performed on the Salesforce side against the external API, with data syncing in both directions.
Treating it as engineering, not configuration
Code lived in GitHub, and Salesforce had to pick up changes and redeploy the latest code automatically. That requirement is what turns an integration from a one-off into something maintainable.
- API and Apex class design against the external CRM
- Bidirectional data sync with conflict handling
- GitHub as the source of truth, with automatic redeployment
- NDA in place, contractor engagement, no agency layer
Outcome
Seven months of integration work, rated 5.0, with the client endorsing the work as committed to quality.
“Great developer. Very knowledgeable with Salesforce.”
