Owning both ends of the funnel: the storefront and the email programme
Two long-running contracts for a security products manufacturer. One builds the NetSuite commerce front end from Figma; the other runs the Pardot email programme that drives traffic to it.

Figma to NetSuite, without the usual loss
The first contract was front-end development on NetSuite's commerce platform: landing pages, product pages and components built from Figma mockups, working directly with their Creative Director and Marketing Director.
Design fidelity is where most ERP storefront work breaks, because the platform's templating fights the comp. Building against the mockups rather than approximating them was the requirement, and it held brand consistency across every page.
- Landing pages, product pages and reusable components from Figma
- E-commerce layout and UX refinement on NetSuite
- Responsive front end in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- UTM tracking implemented so campaign performance is measurable
- Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and new features
Then the demand side
The second contract took on Pardot: template build, list segmentation and tagging, automation, weekly sends and the reporting on top.
Running both contracts means the UTM parameters set in the email programme match the tracking on the pages they land on, which is the only way campaign reporting is worth reading.
- Email templates hand-built in HTML and CSS for client compatibility
- List management, segmentation and tagging
- Automated nurture workflows with triggers, actions and rules
- Weekly campaign execution on schedule
- Performance reporting with A/B testing and recommendations
Working as part of their team
Both briefs asked for responsiveness and proactive communication above all, and both contracts have stayed open on that basis.
Outcome
Two contracts still running, one on the NetSuite storefront and one on the Pardot programme, both rated 5.0.
