Email marketing strategy, campaign management, automation, and analytics
Virtual assistance services (administrative, CRM, data entry, support tasks)
Email Marketing services including campaign setup, automation, newsletters, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
The exact scope, timeline, and pricing of services will be defined in a written proposal, contract, or email agreement.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made as agreed in the proposal or invoice
Advance or milestone-based payments may be required
Late payments may result in service suspension or delays
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
UTECH HUB reserves the right to revise pricing for future services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
Respond timely to queries, approvals, and feedback
Ensure they have rights to any content, data, or credentials shared with us
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and delivery.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used by UTECH HUB remain our intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables as defined in the agreement
UTECH HUB reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during the engagement. This obligation remains valid even after project completion.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
UTECH HUB may use third-party platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, WordPress, plugins, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, updates, or changes made by third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
UTECH HUB shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Issues arising from misuse of delivered solutions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue results
CRM and website performance depends on multiple external factors
11. Termination
UTECH HUB reserves the right to terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not made on time
The client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed.
12. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are provided as defined in the project scope. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion before legal action.
14. Updates to Terms
UTECH HUB may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
